  1. Acceptance of Terms By using Clippy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use.

  2. Description of Service Clippy is a clipboard manager that:

  • Stores clipboard history locally
  • Provides quick access to clipboard items
  • Offers optional cloud sync via Google Drive
  • Supports text, images, and files
  1. User Responsibilities You agree to:
  • Use the software legally and responsibly
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Not use the application to store or transmit malicious content
  • Maintain security of your device and data
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Clippy is open source software under the MIT License
  • You may modify and distribute it according to the license terms
  • The Clippy name and logo are property of the project

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

  2. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the software
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Security breaches on your device
  • Issues with Google Drive sync

  1. Third-Party Services Google Drive integration is subject to Google’s terms of service and privacy policy.

  2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
